During these unprecedented times, we know that health and safety is a top concern for many of our customers. We have modified many of our processes in order to prioritize your health, as well as the health of our employees at European Collision Repair. Learn more about a few of the changes we’ve made to our daily operations in order to continue safely serving our customers through the coronavirus pandemic:
- Limited closures. While we remain open, our offices are closed for estimates, in-office drop offs, and pick-ups.
- Bodyshop Booster App. We’re thrilled to share with you our Bodyshop Booster App, which allows you to capture all the information necessary for us to prepare an estimate. Enter your mobile phone number here to download the app. The app will walk you through the process of entering information about your vehicle and taking photos. Our team can use these photos to prepare an accurate estimate for you.
- No-contact drop offs and pick ups. We have developed a system for receiving and returning your vehicle to you in a completely contact-free way. No need to worry about handing over the keys or having a close-up, face-to-face conversation at any point in the process.
We Continue to Monitor COVID-19 Guidelines
We are committed to continuing to provide our customers with excellent collision repair service throughout these times. We will continue to follow CDC recommendations, as well as local guidelines issued by the authorities in Georgia and Tennessee, where we operate.
While coronavirus has changed some of our processes, our customers can expect the same quality of auto body repair service, as well as the same speed of work as before. We thank you for your patience during this difficult time. If you have any questions please call your local ECR location.
